Why We Made This

This journey started back in 2011 with a simple realization: what you put into your body matters. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20) — and that truth changed how we approach health and nutrition.

Real food has always been the foundation, but the right supplements can support a healthy lifestyle. After years of trying products and learning to read labels — thanks to a mentor who taught us what quality ingredients actually look like — we partnered with a manufacturer to build God's Gym Protein: a protein we'd use every single day ourselves.
